By using our site you understand and agree to be legally bound to these rules and regulations. To place an order with snus4all.com you and the receiver both have to be 18 years or older. By placing an order you confirm that you are aware of and understand the customs and tax regulations for snus and tobacco of the country of destination for your order. You also confirm that you are aware and understand that the receiver is responsible for paying any duty, taxes and fees that apply in the country of destination for your order. Snus4all will not compensate for any confiscated or missing deliveries. For EU countries no import taxes or duties are applicable.
- Bonus Program

The bonus program is a tell-a-friend program. You may refer as many new customers as you like. You will earn 2% of all orders (based on product price, so without VAT or shipping fee) of those customers. Registration as a customer is free. There's no minimum order quantity or regular purchase obligation.

- Promotions Policy

Since snus is a tobacco product the possibilities to promote our products and/or bonus program are limited. You may use the following means to inform others: personal conversation, telephone, Skype, MSN, email, blogging. Also you may give away a snus sample and hand out your business card with your referral details.
It is NOT allowed to: SPAM on forums or SPAM via email. If a customer violates this policy we may suspend or cancel the account and/or any bonus payments immediately. - Payment & Pricing
- All prices include the applicable tobacco tax. Customers in the EU pay 19% VAT, customers outside the EU don't pay VAT. Our shipping fee is tax free.
- Bonus Payment

You can monitor your referral bonus amount real-time after logging in. We will pay all bonus amounts of SEK 500 (around €50) and higher before the 10th of each month. If you haven't reached at least SEK 500 bonus, then your bonus amount will be transferred to the following month. For customers living in the EU we will add 19% VAT to this amount. Customers are required to have a valid PayPal account to receive the bonus payouts, so make sure your registered email address is also a valid PayPal account. Any charges by PayPal to receive the bonus will be borne by the customer.

Snus is manufactured and stored in a manner that causes it to deliver lower concentrations of some harmful chemicals than other tobacco products, although it can deliver high doses of nicotine. It is dependence forming, but does not appear to cause cancer or respiratory diseases. It may cause a slight increase in cardiovascular risks and is likely to be harmful to the unborn fetus, although these risks are lower than those caused by smoking. Snus4all cannot be held responsible or liable for any consequence resulting from the use of snus.
- Governing Law
- These rules and regulations are bound by the Dutch law. Any dispute will be handled and settled by the district court of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Unlimited wide, 6 levels deep-
We will not only pay 2% on all orders of your personal referred customers, but also on the orders of the customers of your customers. The total number of levels for which you will get paid is 6. Customers living in the EU will get paid 19% VAT on the bonus amount.
Referrer ID-
Each new customer will get a Referrer ID or Account ID which is displayed in the Account Dashboard. Customers may provide that Referrer ID to others so they can register at snus4all.com using the personal Referrer ID of the person who referred them to snus4all.com. After such a registration the customer is linked to the referrer and the referrer is eligible for the 2% bonus. We cannot accept any requests to make changes to the structure.
