- All information about shipping costs are displayed in our shopping cart, when you place your order. The shipping cost are automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you pay. The shipping is calculated on weight of the package and destination. We do ship worldwide.
The shipping costs are based on weights between:
0 - 250 gram
251 - 500 gram
501 - 1000 gram
1001 - 2000 gram
2001 - 5000 gram

- Your privacy is secure with us: we do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We recognise our responsibility to, at all times, keep any information about you which we acquire in connection with your registration, confidential.

- Refunds policy
- Since snus is a fresh and delicate product we cannot accept a return or refund.
- Ordering
- Your order is always handled right away. Within 24-48 hours of placing your order it will be shipped out.
- Payment & Pricing
- All prices include the applicable tobacco tax. Customers in the EU pay 19% VAT, customers outside the EU don't pay VAT. Our shipping fee is tax free.
- Viewing Orders
- Login to your account page and you can view all your orders.
- Updating Account Information
- After your registration you will receive an email with your account login details. When logging in you can view all your address and order details. You can make changes to your account details yourself.
- Referral bonus payment
- You can monitor your referral bonus amount real-time after logging in. We will pay all bonus amounts of SEK 500 (around €50) and higher before the 10th of each month. If you haven't reached at least SEK 500 bonus, then your bonus amount will be transferred to the following month. For customers living in the EU we will add 19% VAT to this amount. Customers are required to have a valid PayPal account to receive the bonus payouts, so make sure your registered email address is also a valid PayPal account.
